The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, features, and terms are specified in your service agreement or subscription plan.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance according to your subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Refund policies are specified in your service agreement. Generally, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or as specified in your agreement.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You remain responsible for all amounts owed.
